About Erika Rogers

Hi, I’m Erika — and I know what it’s like to feel like you have to be perfect.

For years, I worked in the entertainment industry, both on and off camera, constantly feeling the pressure to look a certain way, achieve more, and prove my worth. I know firsthand the weight of rejection, comparison, and self-doubt. And when you add unresolved trauma—whether from sexual assault, toxic relationships, or childhood wounds—it can start to feel like too much to carry.

Everything began to shift when I finally started prioritizing my mental health. Therapy wasn’t just about talking—it was about unlearning the beliefs that kept me stuck. Through evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, and DBT, I began to truly heal, breaking free from perfectionism and reconnecting with who I really am.

I earned my Bachelor’s from California State University, Northridge, and my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. From early on, I was drawn to trauma-focused work because I’ve seen how unprocessed pain can quietly shape every part of life—our relationships, our careers, and how we see ourselves. But I’ve also seen what’s possible with the right support.

Today, I specialize in supporting ambitious millennial women in California navigate anxiety, disordered eating, self-doubt, and the lasting effects of trauma. While I often work with women in creative and entertainment fields, you don’t need to be in that world to work with me. No matter your background or profession, this space is for you.

Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that meets you where you are, not a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and more like your true self—because healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect and explore how I can best support you.
