About My Approach
Over it? Are you done feeling like you're just going through the motions? Therapy isn't about cheesy self-help slogans. It's about getting real results! I can help you build the toolbox you need to tackle whatever life throws your way.
HOW I APPROACH THERAPY:
Therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all solution, and that's where I come in. We'll work together to create a personalized plan that addresses your specific needs and goals. I understand that opening up can be challenging, and sometimes therapy feels awkward at first. That's okay! I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, without pressure or rushing the process. We'll work together at your pace to develop a strong connection and find the tools you need to thrive.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): This powerful technique can help you process and heal from past trauma.
-
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): CBT equips you with tools to manage anxious thoughts and negative patterns that might be holding you back.

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy): DBT provides you with valuable skills for building healthy coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.
-
Somatic work: This approach helps you connect your mind and body by exploring how physical sensations relate to your emotional state.
