Meet Erika

Hi, I'm Erika, a passionate Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) providing therapy both online (Telehealth) and in-person. My background in the entertainment industry has shaped my understanding of human behavior and resilience, enriching my therapeutic approach. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD, OCD, or addiction, I'm here to support you on your journey. Drawing from psychodynamic therapy and a range of modalities including client-centered, CBT, DBT, and somatic techniques, I tailor personalized treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Individual therapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and the client. It provides a safe and confidential space where clients can explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I use evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and client-centered approaches to help clients achieve their goals.

Group therapy is an effective treatment option for individuals who want to connect with others who are going through similar challenges. I lead group therapy sessions on a variety of topics, including anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Group therapy provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can learn from each other and develop new coping skills.

Couples therapy is a specialized form of therapy that helps couples improve their relationship. I use evidence-based treatments such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help couples enhance their communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen their connection.
