Meet Erika

Hi, I'm Erika! I'm an Associate Therapist (APCC & AMFT) who understands that therapy can be challenging, overwhelming and sometimes awkward! That's why developing a strong connection with all of my clients is really important to me. I'll meet you where you are, without pressure or rushing you. Whether you're struggling with eating disorders, trauma, addiction, anxiety, or depression, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

My therapy groups are designed to help you connect with others who are going through similar experiences. My groups provide a supportive environment where you can share your experiences and learn from others.

We'll work together on improving communication, navigating conflict in a healthy way, and ultimately, reconnecting on a deeper level.
