Meet Erika

Hi, I'm Erika! I'm an Associate Therapist (APCC & AMFT) who understands how healing from sexual assault can feel overwhelming, confusing, and downright scary. But you don't have to be in this alone!

 

Building a strong connection with my clients is important to me. I’ll meet you where you are, without pressure or rushing you. Whether you're dealing with immediate challenges or long-term effects like PTSD, anxiety, or depression, I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way.

 

I also work with individuals who may be struggling with eating disorders or addiction related to past trauma. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that (actually) works for YOU. I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and somatic therapy, because let’s be honest, therapy is NOT one-size fits all!

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy): DBT provides you with valuable skills for building healthy coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.

  • Somatic work: This approach helps you connect your mind and body by exploring how physical sensations relate to your emotional state.

Whether you're looking for individual therapy (adults and teens 14yrs+ welcome!), couples counseling, family support, or even a supportive group therapy option (I offer virtual 8-week group therapy programs!), I'm here to assist. I provide a safe and judgment-free space where you can openly explore your challenges and work towards positive change.
 
I offer flexible therapy options to fit your needs. I provide virtual therapy (Telehealth) for California residents, making therapy accessible from the comfort of your own home. For those who prefer in-person sessions, I'm located in Redondo Beach, CA.
